Where the Files Come From aka Did you design the files?
We’re glad you asked! No, we did not design the files you see.
The cool things you see us printing were designed by various amazingly skilled 3d artists. Those artists make the files available to people through various licensing arrangements. Artists sell a single online file you can print for yourself (non-commercial license). Or you can pay a higher fee (commercial license) to the specific 3d artist (paid through subscriptions). With a commercial license, the artist grants you authorization to sell the physical prints of their designs. Once you stop paying your subscription, you lose the right to sell those designs.
We support 16 amazing artists (links below) through commercial subscriptions, which allows them to keep doing what they love – which is making cool 3d design files - and it lets us take over the equipment/supplies/retail sales side of things. We get to add to the art by choosing colors, sizing, and other printer settings that result in the great prints you see on our site.

SHIPPING
Items will be shipped UPS or USPS (depending on lowest carrier costs/delivery timeframe). Local delivery meet-up is only available for select local zip codes.
Order processing may take 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri) and tracking number for shipped items will be sent following shipment drop off at carrier.
RETURNS
Problem with your order? Contact us at makeitmodit3d@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery to discuss. We are happy to provide a store credit for items meeting return requirements that are received back to us in original condition per below.
Returned Items must be:
Clean, undamaged, in original condition
We cannot accept returns of damaged, used, clearance or sale items. Store credit will not be issued for returned items that are damaged during return transit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
